Yes, it loses connection sometimes and reduces my regular WiFi speed to about half--this is expected with this kind of service. But your privacy policy and general reliability make it worth it. Also, you made it a cinch to install!

I like the functionality of this app, but it would be helpful if we had specifics on what type of encryption is used in the VPN tunnel. And can you state clearly that https is used to connect us to your VPN? Right now were all trusting the app to be awesome and safe, but we have zero details with which which to evaluate it by that criteria.
Some bad moments
I paid $4 for this app, and so far it has been an awful experience. This VPN is so slow that it takes about 3 mins to reload a Facebook page, I had better experience on some free VPN apps. I have to switch my VPN location every 5 mins cause the app keep losing connection. I want my money back
I gave this app only 1 star for the following reason. I was looking for a good VPN to use on my schools wifi because it blocks many apps like snapchat, Instagram, and games. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, this VPN app does not connect when Im on the school wifi. I had to find a different VPN that does connect, and it just so happened to be free (yay!). So, in my opinion, since this app does not properly serve the single purpose that I purchased it for, it was a waste of money. I will continue to use the new app Ive found instead of this one.
Basically this app is a scam you will never connect to any sort of VPN service whatsoever.
Its a good VPN however it would be great if we could have this "connect on demand" as it is a reliable app, however need to be turned on and turns off due to non-activity. I like to use this for VoIP and it needs to be on to receive incoming calls.
Fast connected even in the business network environment, charged for app but free to use, stable. Its worth of money, thank you a lot!
Just need to pay a little money to be free of sick ads.
