Can we get encryption specs?

I like the functionality of this app, but it would be helpful if we had specifics on what type of encryption is used in the VPN tunnel. And can you state clearly that https is used to connect us to your VPN? Right now were all trusting the app to be awesome and safe, but we have zero details with which which to evaluate it by that criteria.
